Motor & Voltage Options
Motor options include multiple voltages, explosion-proof motors, high-temperature motors and VFD-compatible motors. Available power specifications include 220V, 380V/50Hz, 415V/50Hz and 460V/60Hz. Confirm voltage, frequency, single-phase or three-phase supply, grid fluctuation and VFD requirements before production. 415V/50Hz and 460V/60Hz motors are not interchangeable.

Packaging & Shipment
Fans are packed in fumigation-free plywood cases with internal supports customized to the fan shape. Multi-layer, hot-pressed plywood protects the housing, impeller and motor against impacts and stacking loads during road and sea transport. Moisture-resistant plywood helps protect equipment in humid containers and is lighter than solid timber. The packaging material is recyclable.

Which drive types and outlet angles can be customized?
Type A direct drive, Type C belt drive and Type D coupling drive are available. Outlet angles include 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225°, 270° and 315°. Rotation is specified as clockwise or counter-clockwise when viewed from the motor side.
Which materials and surface coatings are available?
Options include carbon steel, stainless steel and FRP for corrosion-resistant applications, with standard paint or heavy anti-corrosion coating.
Can airflow and static pressure be customized?
Yes. Air volume and static pressure can be tailored through impeller modification. Share the required duty point and operating conditions for selection.
What power supply information is needed before ordering?
Confirm voltage, frequency, single-phase or three-phase supply, grid fluctuation and VFD requirements. 415V/50Hz and 460V/60Hz motors are not interchangeable. Single-phase 220V is available only for fans up to 2.2kW.
How are fans packed for export?
Fumigation-free plywood cases use custom internal supports to secure the fan and protect the housing, impeller and motor during handling and transport.
